If you would like your team to be able to see the scheduled updates in chronological order, you can add this as a column to their dashboard.
- Go to > 'add columns' on your dashboard
- Scroll down to 'scheduled messages timeline'
- Click on this to add to your dashboard
- When it appears on your dashboard you now need to share this with your team
- Click on the cog and choose either 'share with your whole organisation' or the team you would like to share it with.
- This will now show on their dashboard.
- The user can now view, edit or suspend scheduled updates individually.
