If you are getting an error that shows your Facebook page as 'unknown' there could be a problem with being logged into Facebook.
To ensure you can add a Facebook page properly, you need to make sure you are not logged in to any Facebook accounts on your computer.
- Log out of all Facebook accounts
- Remove any accounts in MusterPoint that show as 'unknown'
- Repeat the process of adding your Facebook page - you will be prompted to input your user log in details for Facebook.
