Before submitting a ticket to let us know you are having problems logging in please check these common issues first;
- That you are trying to access your dashboard at the correct URL (e.g. https://yourorganisation.musterpoint.online)
- That you are using the correct log in details - ensure you don't have the caps lock on by accident for example
- That your admin hasn't disabled your access for some reason (we can't help with this one unfortunately! - make sure you contact them to find out if they have and why)
- You have disabled any auto saved passwords - you may have updated your password without updating this
- You are not copy/pasting your user name and password
