You can create cases through your app or on the desktop and they will sync on all of your devices.
To create a case in your app
- Tap on 'Create New Case'
- Enter case name, case summary and choose your category. If you have no categories, you need to create this first. See how to create categories.
- Tap on Save
You can now add a decision or upload a file.
To create a case on the dashboard
- Click on the + symbol
- Fill in the details of the case
