To assign an inquiry
- When creating the enquiry choose from the drop down menu the user you want to assign the enquiry to.
- They will receive an email (if this is activated in their user settings)
- They can then respond to the enquiry
To respond to an enquiry
You will receive an email notification that you have been assigned an enquiry
- Go into your dashboard and click on the arrows to expand your screen to show the assignments and messages
- You can then click on 'manage enquiry'
- You can edit the enquiry to add your response
- Once you have dealt with the enquiry you can delete it from your queue
