To add inquiries, press releases, comments you must first create a case.
- Go to the media management part of your dashboard
- Click on the plus button in the top left of your screen
- Enter the required information - you can edit this at a later date
- You can add a reference number (optional). Note: the system will not automatically generate reference numbers
- You can assign a case owner (optional)
- You can add tags (optional) which will show in the tag reporting
