Once you have created a case, you can now add enquiries.
- Click on 'add enquiry'
- Add your enquiry to the expandable text box
- Either search for the contact who made the enquiry or add a new contact. Read more about adding contacts
- You can assign this to an individual (optional) assigning and managing inquirys
- You can add an optional due date so it shows in your calendar
- Upload an optional attachment. Read more about attachments and sizes
- If you answer the enquiry on the phone you can add the response immediately
- Click on 'add' and it will be associated with the case
- To update the enquiry at a later date, click on the edit icon
