- Go into the case that you want to create a press release for
- Click on ‘create press release’
- Choose the template from the drop down menu (optional) Learn more about how to create a press release templates.
- Type or paste your content (read more about cleaning text if you are pasting)
- You can now edit text using the bar at the top of the press release
- Click on ‘add’ to save into the system as draft
- In your press release choose ‘contacts’ to add to one or a handful of individual contacts
- Start typing the name in the search box then select the + button to add to the address list
- To send to a distribution click on ‘groups’ and do the same
- Choose ‘release immediately’ to send straight away
- Click on the schedule time and date to schedule for a future date.
